Thank you for your use of our products. The shear pin on the Hi-Lift
Jack is rated at 7000lbs., while the clamping strength is only 750lbs.
not allowing for the pin to break. Please either contact the dealer
you bought the jack from about a new top clamp or give me your address
so we can best decide how to get a new part to you. Thanks again for
